On 4/19/23 the licensor observed multiple areas of chipping paint on the fencing in the outdoor licensed play area On 4/19/23 the licensor observed the garbage, recycling and yard waste bins blocking the outdoor exit pathway On 4/19/23 the licensor observed a loose slat on the Southwest section of the fencing creating more than a 3.5" gap. Check all slats on the fencing to ensure they are attached.
